legumes and vegetables are produced in our woods and freshly cut on
a daily basis. Mushrooms, game, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts and
chestnuts, wine from The Amalfi Coast as well as many regional labels...
Also the fish are special at Il Frescale, prepared following the ancient
recipes: Cod and potatoes, stockfish, small "Piennolo" tomatoes
and black olives all in a light onion sauce...
Something you should not miss…our magnificent pizzas, which
have earned a world famous reputation. We also offer whole wheat pizza!
Then to successfully end every lunch, nothing better than our very
own herb infusions: Limoncello, Nocino, Mortello, or the exclusive
"Concierto", than make by nunneris of St. Giuseppe and Teresa
Covent!
The Frescale is also available for small receptions and ceremonies,
